Sylvania expands its decorative lamp range with ToLEDo Mirage

Following ToLEDo Vintage, ToLEDo Retro and ToLEDo Radiance, Sylvania is expanding its range of decorative lamps with ToLEDo Mirage, featuring a new, patented design.

ToLEDo Mirage recreates the same visual effect as incandescent lamps with an unprecedented feature. The filament is now placed inside a tube and is surrounded by high-quality tinted glass that is resistant to scratches and temperature. Its lighting function takes second place to its decorative appearance. With eight models of unique design, ToLEDo Mirage instils a sense of serenity well suited to meeting and relaxation venues such as lounges, restaurants, bars and hotels. All screw-base models (E27 base) are non-dimmable and compatible with Sylvania's SylPendant pendant lights.

Whether lit or unlit, ToLEDo Mirage transforms an interior with its omnidirectional light distribution of 300° and the authenticity of its design. The atmosphere becomes more intimate thanks to its luminous flux ranging from 105 to 125 lm. Its soft lighting helps avoid glare, for better visual comfort. Indeed, the LED's system efficacy ranges from 36 to 50 lm/W depending on the model, producing a subdued light. Its CRI of 80 and its colour temperature of 2 000 K also help create a warm ambiance.

Backed by a three-year warranty, ToLEDo Mirage has an average lifespan of 25 000 hours, i.e. more than 100 000 switching cycles, and 25 times longer than incandescent lamps. At only 2,5 W, its energy consumption is low. With ToLEDo Mirage, Sylvania has made the incandescent lamp a timeless classic that it revisits throughout its collections, notably through its ToLEDo Vintage and ToLEDo Retro ranges.

ToLEDo Retro and ToLEDo Vintage: a retro touch in decor

ToLEDo Retro and ToLEDo Vintage also warm up the interiors of restaurants and hotels with their nostalgia-infused lamp designs. Their ?filament? effect LED produces a warm-coloured light that enhances the cosy feel of a room. Both lamp ranges feature a high CRI of 80, omnidirectional light distribution of 300° and a low risk of glare. With an average lifespan of 15 000 hours, the bulbs are guaranteed for 3 years and fit E14, E27 and B22 bases depending on the model.

With more than 70 dimmable or non-dimmable references, ToLEDo Retro offers endless possible variations. It is the widest range on the market. With its ample, uniform luminous flux of 200 to 1531 lm and its instant start-up at 100% of flux, ToLEDo Retro offers three colour temperatures. For a warm ambiance, an ultra-warm white colour temperature of 1 700 K will suffice. To relax: a white reproducing the glow of a candle at 2 700 K. And to energise the atmosphere: a neutral white of 4 000 K.

ToLEDo Vintage is adding two new patented references, A160 and G200, bringing the number of models to seven, some of which are available in a dimmable version. With a luminous flux of 125 to 300 lm, it is ideal for installations with low ceilings.
